Shahrukh Khan’s next movie ‘Fan’: Story and opening sequence LEAKED!

Shahrukh Khan, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming biggie Happy New Year, has also started the shooting for his next movie titled Fan. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, Fan will have Shahrukh Khan in double role. The King Khan will portray the character of a ruling superstar (Inspired by his real self) and he will also be seen as a common man. Named as Rahul, this common man will symbolise a huge fan the superstar. Both will be lookalikes, with one being blessed by luck as the other will be cursed by life.

These two characters of a superstar and a fan, will evoke some humorous scenes through their mistaken identities. The fan will be mistaken as a superstar and how he will react to the situation will be worth a watch.

THE OPENING SEQUENCE of the movie will show both Rahul (Fan) and Shahrukh Khan (superstar) in a single frame. The scene will be of Shahrukh Khan celebrating his birthday outside his residence Mannat, and Rahul will be present among those thousands of people came to have a glimpse of the superstar. Reportedly, due to some security issues this scene will not be shot outside Mannat, but a replica of the same residence will be created at Film City studio.

Produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, Fan is directed by Maneesh Sharma (Band Baja Baaraat fame). Music of the movie will be given by the Maestro AR Rehman. Ileana Dcuz was rumored to be the leading lady of the movie, but makers haven’t made any official announcement on the same. Recently Shahrukh Khan said that Fan didn’t require any big female star. The movie is slated to release on Aug 14, 2015.
